Great post Sister Mary, I think you hit the nail on the head. Sometimes to go further in our walk with Christ we must face the uncomfortable and and do something about it. We all must become doers.

I am glad we serve a merciful God because we all need it. As Paul said I die daily.

God Bless,

Pastor Bryan

For those that thought Brother Brian gave a great message on Sunday they need to check out the church blog. Take special note of the five types of people and the definitions. I'm ashamed to say I fall into a couple of those categories.

Go ahead ask yourself what category do you fall into. Doesn't make you feel real good does it?

But, God is such a merciful God. If we repent and ask his help in becoming a better person he will answer with a reply of , "Well done by good and faithful servant". How every christian longs to hear those words.

Well said Mary,

A retired pastor once told me that if you live in a graveyard too long you stop crying when someone dies. What did he mean? Don’t let your heart become hardened, but to love as Jesus Loved.

Show me a church where there is love, and I will show you a church that is a power in the community they live in. We must let love replace duty in our church relations, and the world will soon be evangelized. As someone once said “real love doesn't count the cost.”

The Bible says, "Many waters cannot quench love, neither can the floods drown it."
